Eligibility Criteria
For MSc Counselling Psychology
If you want to do an MSc in Counselling Psychology, you must have finished a Bachelor’s degree in either Psychology or Counselling Psychology. Additionally, you need to have completed three main courses in Psychology from Madras University or another recognized university.
For MSc HRD Psychology
To be eligible for an MSc HRD Psychology, you should have to complete a BA/BSc with a major in Psychology/graduate with two/ three majors with Psychology as one of the major subjects.

Application Process
To apply online, candidates need to visit the link mentioned below. There, you are to register as a new user, and select the program you are applying for.
- Once you choose your subject to study, you are to upload your personal photo and image in the resolution as shown on the website.
- After this, you have to fill out the application form with other details like your gender, address, marks, etc.
- Once you do this, you have to proceed further and provide your educational information from 6th to 12th standard. After that, you are to submit the form.
Notably, students should keep in mind that they have to print the application and send this to University of Madras in soft copy through email and hard copy at the concerned address mentioned below.
