MH SET application forms have been released for the session 2024. Savitribai Phule Pune University has announced to conduct the 39th MH-SET 2024 on behalf of Maharashtra and Goa State. In this article, we will be discussing the entire application process for MH-SET 2024.
MH SET is a good chance for those students who could not clear their UGC NET Examination. The SET entrance exam allows students to work as an Assistant Professor in a particular state.
Eligibility Criteria for MH SET 2024
To be eligible for MH-SET 2024, it is essential to have minimum 55% marks (without gracing or rounding off) or equivalent examination. Candidates belonging to the category of OBC /SBC /DT (VJ) /NT (Non-Creamy Layer) and SC /ST /Transgender /PwD /Orphans need to attain 50% marks (without gracing or rounding off) to be eligible for MH-SET 2024.

Here is the detailed step-by-step process of filling out the application for MH-SET 2024.
Step:1
You have to visit the official website of Savitribai Phule Pune University to fill the form. There you will be getting a link to apply for MH-SET 2024. Click on the same link. You can register there as a new user by entering your Email Id and making a password as shown in the picture.
Before login, make sure to read the essential information as shown in the picture.
Step:2
Once you get your username and password, you have to login to the website to fill out the form.
Step:3
There are 3 steps for filling out the information. At the first step, you have to fill out the necessary information. All field are necessary having (*) red mark. Make sure to fill (.) in the Middle or Sure Name field if you do not fill them.
Step:4
After filling the details, review the information you filled in the form. Once you complete this, you will get a Unique Application Number for your application as shown in the image. After this, you have to move to the next step for uploading your scanned photo and signature.
Make sure that the size of photo should be in JPG or JPEG format and should be less than or equal to 50KB. And the size of scanned signature should be less than or equal to 30KB.
Step:5
After uploading the photos and documents, you have to proceed and make a payment of ₹800/- as an application fee if you belong to General Category. Candidates, who belong to the category of OBC/DT(A)(VJ)/NT(B)/ NT(C)/NT(D)/SBC/(for Non Creamy Layer)*/Open (EWS)/ PwD/ SC/ST/Trans-gender/Orphan have to pay ₹650/- as application fee.
