5) Transfer Certificate from last studied institution.
6) Migration Certificate from the University.
7) Course discontinuation bond should be notarized (Annexure)
8) Conduct Certificate.
9) Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC- if applicable).
10) Experience Certificate (if applicable).
11) Aadhaar Card & Pan Card copies of the student.
12) Aadhaar Card & Pan card copies of the parent.
13) Six passport-size photographs of which one is to be affixed to the online application form in the space provided
